Jiah Khan Death Mystery Resolved: CBI makes shocking revelations

CBI on Monday made some really astounding revelations in Jiah Khan death case. While informing the Bombay High Court about Jiah Khan case CBI team had ruled out murder. While addressing the bench of Justice Naresh Patil and Justice Prakash Naikthe, Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh stated that CBI has no reason to protect the accused (actor Sooraj Pancholi) in the case,".

Bombay HC will decide on Jiah's mother Rabia Khan's plea by 23 August and meanwhile, interim stay on the trial against Sooraj Pancholi will continue.

Bombay High Court on Monday asked Jiah's mother Rabia Khan, to draw a list pointing out anomalies, if any, in the probe made by police and CBI into the death of her daughter.

After Jiah's death her mother Rabia claimed that Jiah was murdered and demanded that Jiah's then beau, Sooraj Pancholi should be tried for murder and not for abetment of suicide.
